Here are my gorgeous hollyhocks in full bloom despite horrendous hot dry conditions and very little water- tough little beauties aren't they?We finally had a teeny bit of rain last night- halleluljah! But no where near enough to really help anything- those bushfires are still raging.
I also dug up some truly perfect potatoes today- that straw method really works! Nothing tastes better than freshly harvested home grown organic potatoes.
